Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds on eligible purchases under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- Refunds do not apply to personalized products (e.g., customized cards) unless the item is faulty.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized NFC cards or tags with personal branding
- Digital subscriptions or services once activated
- Downloadable software or digital content
How to Request a Refund
Please email support@tapwise.ai with:
- Order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Photos of any damage or defect
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
Refund Process
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
